Rental Requirement List
to begin the rental process:

Fill out a rental application.

First month rent. 

Figure out if you need a co-signer (Aval).
If not a second deposit is required.*

One month rent security deposit. 
*If no co-signer (Aval) in some rental properties the Landlord could accept a second deposit.

Prove you can pay rent.
Paidstubs of employment or a bank statements from the last two months.

Show them that you are an agreeable renter.

Have good personal references.

Sign the Rental Lease.
